Job Description
- Resolve all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
- Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users’ requirements.
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the IT Systems to ensure continuity of work improvement.
- Connect users to networks and provide initial training in facilities and applications.
- Administrate E-mail and other Systems.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
- Install and configure wireless networking equipment
- Support the day-to-day operations of a computer network.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time, responding within agreed time limits to support tickets.
Required Skills:
- 0-2 Years of Experience.
- Good knowledge of CCNA, MCSA.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, Firewalls, Access Points, network installation, administration and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, vSphere and VOIP Systems.
- Patience and understanding.
- High-level communication skills.
