Role Objectives:
The Senior Supply Acquisition and Retention Specialist is responsible to recruit, onboard, and retain operations talent while ensuring a seamless hiring process and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates. The role involves improving processes, and collaborating with leadership to meet operational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
●  Source and attract potential candidates to meet operations hiring needs, utilizing various sourcing tools including
phone calls, job boards, and other outreach methods.
●  Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, fit, and availability for operations roles.
●  Support the onboarding process to ensure all necessary documentation and training are completed efficiently.
●  Address operations employees concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed to enhance satisfaction
and retention.
●  Track and monitor hiring and retention metrics, providing reports to identify areas for improvement.
●  Guide junior team members on basic hiring and onboarding practices.
●  Collaborate with People & Culture and Operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures.
●  Conduct field visits regularly to ensure alignment with company standards, address concerns, and gather feedback to
enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.


Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
●  Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, or a related field.
●  Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
●  Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
●  Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
●  Experience in mass \ Blue Collars hiring is a plus.
●  Very Good English
