Roles & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:- Implement the company’s talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business and workforce plans.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across all levels, including mass, niche, and professional hiring.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand and forecast hiring needs.
- Ensure all recruitment activities uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Plan and execute open days, career fairs, and campus recruitment programs to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding and Marketing teams on digital recruitment campaigns and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, institutions, and external agencies to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Support initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Set clear objectives and monitor team performance using defined KPIs.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and inclusive team environment.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide regular performance reports.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure full compliance with recruitment procedures and documentation standards.
- Utilize recruitment systems and tools (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms) effectively to enhance operational performance.
- Support digital transformation initiatives led by the Head of TA and ensure adoption of new systems or processes.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and service providers to ensure quality delivery within budget.
- Track and manage recruitment spend, supporting budget efficiency and cost optimization.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume and specialized hiring within FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong command of recruitment tools, ATS, and digital sourcing platforms.
- Experience organizing open days, job fairs, and employer branding events.
