Role Objectives
The Social Media Marketing Lead is responsible for driving Breadfast’s social media and digital content strategy, ensuring our brand presence is engaging, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. This role manages the social media team and works cross functionally with creative and performance marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop platform-specific strategies (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
Create content calendars integrating brand campaigns, product launches, and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with Performance Marketing to align paid social campaigns with organic efforts.
Lead the content creation process, ensuring brand tone, style, and visual guidelines are met.
Manage social media specialists, providing clear direction, deadlines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the Design Team for creative asset production.
Track KPIs such as engagement rate, CTR, conversions, and follower growth.
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
Stay updated on platform changes and competitor activities to adjust strategy proactively.
Work closely with Influencers Lead for coordinated influencer and social campaigns.
Support PR initiatives by amplifying earned media and partnerships through social channels.
Required education, knowledge, and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years in social media management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of both paid and organic social media strategies.
Excellent project management and content planning skills.
