In this role, you will be responsible for:
Define which requirements will need implementer configurations and which will need development customizations.
Perform the complete system implementation and advanced configurations.
Provide complete documentation for tasks needing development.
Follow up with developers and test the modules/functions developed.
Deliver Odoo functional training sessions on site or online.
Mentor/coach the team, and guide them on how to tackle complex system/business problems.
Ensure business process requirements are fully translated into system functionality, leading and supporting relevant process improvement initiatives as appropriate
Work closely with users to assess feasibility and reflect requested workflow changes
Work closely with ERP vendors to resolve workflow and technical issues
The ideal candidate will have:
6+ years of experience with SW development including 3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation.
Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.
Complete understanding of ERP and open source concepts.
Ability to implement part of or all Odoo modules.
Knowledge of Accounting is a plus
Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Certified in Odoo generally and version 14 especially is a cool plus.
