Role Objectives
Production Engineer is a professional member of Breadfast family who will be responsible for managing and improving the production processes specific to manufacturing operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage workshop operations, which include organizing, setting up, and optimizing Breadfast production.
Monitor the day-to-day operations (RMs - PKs - FG) in addition to supervising the technical staff.
Optimize Breadfast production lines efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
Ensure that all Breadfast products specifications and customer requirements adhered to Breadfast quality.
Develop and introduce new methods and ways to enhance the production lines productivity.
Make sure Breadfast production is cost-effective and feasible for the organization.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory of tools, machinery, supplies, parts, and related equipment.
Set the training requirements and monitor their effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as production management, engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or
technology-driven industry.
Proficiency in technical areas such as manufacturing processes, production planning and control, quality control methods and lean manufacturing principles is crucial for a production.
