Role Objectives
As a Launch Senior Specialist, you will develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely execution across various initiatives. This role involves coordinating resources, tracking project performance, and maintaining communication with stakeholders while optimizing the launch process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed individual project plans to track progress for different types of projects
- Use appropriate tools to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance at different stages using appropriate methods and techniques
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the timely execution of projects
- Maintain an up-to-date log of launch team activities and tasks
- Update the calendar of future launches, communicating the launch process to all operational stakeholders
- Ensure resource availability and proper allocation of team resources to deliver project KPIs
- Complete and follow up on processes for FP preparation and launch, ex. procurement for new FPs (Fulfillment Points), FP renovation activities and utility installation for new FPs
- Track of FP contracts with landlords for rent payments, renewals and terminations
- Develop and execute a training and development plan for the team
- Maintain an agile Launch team playbook, optimizing the launch process and preparing launch reports.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a related area.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in project management, demonstrating project ownership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to contributing to the team.
