Role Objectives
The Breadfast Coffee Marketing Manager will be responsible for management in the strategic organizational discipline which focuses on the practical application of marketing orientation, techniques, and methods inside enterprises and organizations and on the management of a firm's marketing resources and activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth. This includes positioning the brand, creating brand messaging, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
Oversee all marketing efforts including digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, promotions, and partnerships. Lead the development of innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target customers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, threats, and key customer insights. Use findings to inform product, pricing, marketing, and brand strategies.
Serve as the brand expert internally. Educate all departments on the brand strategy and key brand attributes. Ensure operational compliance with the brand standards.
Support new product launches by creating launch strategies, marketing plans, and sales tools to drive awareness and trial of new products.
Manage the brand's visual identity including logo, packaging, store design, and collateral. Ensure brand assets remain impactful, cohesive, and aligned with the brand strategy.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and programs. Optimize spend and activities based on performance.
Oversee external agencies and marketing team members. Provide clear direction and feedback to drive productivity, results, and alignment with brand objectives.
Represent the brand with industry partners, influencers, media, and at various events. Build strategic relationships to drive brand visibility, collaboration opportunities, and business growth.
Stay on top of trends in the coffee, food and beverage, and marketing industries. Incorporate latest innovations and best practices to keep brand and marketing strategies fresh and relevant.
Participate in the development of the overall commercial strategy and business plan. Translate brand objectives into effective marketing and sales strategies to meet growth targets.
Manage brand and marketing budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently. Meet department KPIs and key brand metrics.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
A BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and developing creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
Strong expertise in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, or Web Trends.
Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Numerically literate, with the ability to interpret metrics, work with numbers, and process data using spreadsheets.
A strong sense of aesthetics with a passion for great copywriting and witty communication.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.
Adaptability to dynamic work environments with a proactive mindset to ensure efficient operations.
