- Conduct daily follow-ups with outsourcing vendors regarding manpower attendance and headcount.
- Track and report daily manpower shortages across all assigned locations.
- Review and validate attendance sheets prior to monthly locking.
- Prepare daily and weekly manpower and attendance reports.
- Coordinate worker replacements based on operational requirements and instructions.
- Monitor vendor compliance with agreed headcount, schedules, and deployment plans.
- Log incidents, issues, and escalations for management review.
- Support the preparation of monthly vendor performance and evaluation reports.
- Maintain and regularly update workforce trackers and shared operational sheets.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure manpower availability and continuity.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet operational deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing attendance data, reports, and workforce records.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; ability to maintain trackers and reports.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
