The Sales Finance Senior Analyst will analyze high volume of payment transactions and reconciliation of payments, including credit-card and digital-wallet transactions and end-to-end gateway-to-bank settlement processes and to support month-end closure, variance analysis and continuous process improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily reconciliation of credit-card and digital-wallet transactions against bank statements.
- Oversee the gateway-to-bank settlement cycle, liaising with payment-gateway providers to resolve settlement discrepancies.
- Coordinate Fintech integrations (APIs, payment gateways) to streamline transaction data flow.
- Support month-end close activities, including variance analysis and journal entry preparation.
- Develop scalable reconciliation processes and automation initiatives in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams.
Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years in finance roles within, payments, and E-commerce or Fintech environments.
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with ERP/payment platforms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with reconciliation tools and automation platforms
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and liaise with banking and technical partners
