Role Objectives:
Graphic Designer is a professional member of Breadfast family who will be responsible for creating engaging and creative graphics to visually represent the Breadfast’s brand.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze design briefs to determine project requirements, scheduling, and budget constraints.
Conceptualize and create visuals that align with client specifications, needs, and brand image.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for review, developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or hand-drawn techniques.
Select appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic, ensuring final designs are visually appealing and on-brand.
Test graphics across various media and amend designs based on feedback to enhance quality.
Ensure all job deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Evaluate and manage production resources to optimize productivity and allocations.
Collaborate with the graphic design team to foster creativity and excellence in performance and delivery.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is advantageous.
1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design software and technologies, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
Ability to creatively conceptualize and deliver visuals based on project requirements while staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Strong command of English, along with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility, adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
