As a Technology Operations Specialist, you manage the product catalog for the Breadfast app, ensuring system stability and compliance. You oversee UAT, handle B2B invoicing, manage ticketing requests, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Breadfast APP product catalog definition and updates
Communicate with various teams to apply the required configurations on the system.
Ensure the accuracy and the completeness of the provided data
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Validate system configurations and updates
Draw geofencing on maps
Implementing and monitoring process improvement initiatives
Create B2B invoices and deal with ETA
Measure and evaluate the relevance of some parameters
Handle tickets and requests received across various channels within the agreed SLA
Preform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the internal tools used by the team
Test/review the impact of the new updates on the system and applications
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering fields but not a MUST.
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools specially (Excel or Google sheets knowledge is mandatory)
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understand business processes and needs
Odoo knowledge is a plus
