Position Overview:
Breadfast People and Culture Team is seeking a seasoned Head of Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our compensation and benefits strategies. This role is critical to ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent across all functions. The ideal candidate brings over 12 years of experience in fast-paced FMCG and manufacturing environments, with deep expertise in salary structure design, pay components mix, incentive programs, and sales commission plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and establish a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and talent philosophy.
Compensation DesignDesign, implement, and manage competitive salary structures across all levels, tailored to business needs ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
Job Evaluation & Grading: Lead on establishment of job evaluation process, grading, and leveling frameworks to support organizational design and talent development.
Benefits Management: Optimize and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Performance & Pay Integration: Align performance management processes with compensation and reward outcomes to drive a high-performance culture.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure total rewards programs are compliant with local laws and labor regulations across all operating geographies.
Automation projects: proven ability to lead and drive automation projects under area of expertise.
Incentive & Commission Programs:
  • Lead the design and administration of variable pay programs, including annual incentives, performance bonuses, and commission schemes for commercial and sales teams.
  • Use the company’s vision and strategy to create target setting process ensuring that process framework will efficiently strengthen the connection between performance metrics and behaviors to drive business outcomes.
Market Benchmarking & Analytics: 
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking using industry surveys and analytics to inform pay decisions and maintain market alignment.Regularly stay informed about industry practices and trends, provide meaningful insights and guidance to ensure Breadfast would remain at the forefront of compensation design, data quality management.
Leadership & Collaboration: 
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to deliver integrated people solutions. 
  • Lead and develop a small team of compensation and benefits specialists.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in compensation & benefits / total rewards.
  • Strong background in FMCG and/or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing salary structures, incentive schemes, and commission plans.
  • Expertise in compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry).
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple complex projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel or relevant software.
  • Strategic mindset with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CCP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in leading a team of 2-3 experts in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Very strong numerical and analytical skills.
