Role Objectives:

As a People Generalist, you will ensure an effective onboarding and offboarding process for the Manufacturing sector employees while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. And fostering positive employee relations to enhance workforce productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Handling the day-to-day operations and inquires for employees
  • Supports in the screening phase in the hiring processes for Manufacturing-related roles
  • Managing the HR Programs and initiatives as the internship programs
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations, and internal HR policies
  • Support conflict resolution, and maintain a positive workplace environment
  • Support performance evaluations, handle feedback processes, and track productivity metrics
  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage data entry and reporting
  • Collaborate with departments to forecast staffing needs
  • Generate HR reports on key metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and manpower planning

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to details.
  • Advanced English proficiency level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office Suite.
