A program manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within Breadfast, from the initial ideation through to completion


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define projects based on the business needs and manage changes using appropriate techniques.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Senior/ Associate Program Managers ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.

  • Build team charters with key deliverables for each team member

  • Monitor and document the project phases and track the progress.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Ensure adherence to all project management and the standards during project execution.

  • Schedule and attend project meetings to ensure clear communication to the stakeholder such as project phases and statuses, deadlines, and ongoing issues.

  • Analyze project outcomes and make recommendations for improvement-based metrics.

  • Prepare a report to top management using appropriate tools

  • Manage different stakeholders across the full organization

Required Education, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Problem-solving and leadership skills

  • Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills

  • Project management qualification (PMP), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a plus.

  • Strong people management skills and proven experience in leading a team

  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

  • Strong numerical analysis skills

  • Good knowledge of data visualization and analysis
