Job Description
  • IT Department Assets management.
  • Solving network problems and devices issues in our main office and branches.
  • Installing internet networking in our new branches
  • Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
  • Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
  • Running software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
  • Talking to employees through basic problem-solving processes.
  • Providing basic computer training.
  • Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
  • Writing training manuals.
  • Following up with employees regarding the previously solved issues.
  • Completing support tickets.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years working as a Help Desk.

  • Basic knowledge of networking and Firewalls. 

  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, including Motherboards, memory modules, and processors.

  • Knowledge of computer software systems, including operating systems, office applications, and basic software skills 

  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

  • High-level communication skills.

  • Patience and understanding.
