Role Objectives:

The Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist recruits for the Technical & Product team, coordinates hiring processes, and ensures compliance with policies and labor laws. They conduct interviews, network for candidate sourcing, and provide feedback to management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify, recruit, and source all candidates serving the Technical & Product team.

- Conduct Phone Interviews, CV screening, filtering, and initial Technical Screening\ HR interview.

- Responsible for coordinating the overall interviewing cycle with the technical lead.

- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified Tech team to support the organization's goals.

- Participate in meetings with Tech leads and hiring managers to determine vacant positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires.

- Has a strong network to build a database of suitable candidates.

- Conduct the hiring process of the Technology Team.

- Coordinate with personnel function in the recruitment process, assuring proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.

- Help in maintaining and conceptualizing policies and procedures that comply with the company's working environment and labor law.

- Review, update, and maintain the new employees' records and database.

- Provide feedback to management about details regarding the candidates.


Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a tech-related field.

- 3 to 6 years of solid experience in hiring Tech-related positions

- Professional command of the English language

- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

- Excellent business writing 

- Highly organized and detail-oriented 

- Tech background is a plus
