Role Objectives:
As a Warehouse Shift Lead, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of receiving and returns within the warehouse. Ensures accurate inventory handling, team coordination, and process improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving process by comparing system data with Google Sheets records to verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming items.
- Break down tasks and delegate responsibilities to warehouse keepers to ensure smooth and efficient operations during each shift.
- Review all item variances, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to reduce errors and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Oversee the return process to suppliers, ensuring all items are properly tracked and dispatched in accordance with company policies.
- Train new warehouse joiners on receiving, returns, and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and performance.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping, compliance, and reporting.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
