What you'll do
- Accountable for securing business continuity by ensuring product availability while maintaining inventory efficiency
- Optimize stock levels to prevent material losses, reduce logistics costs, and maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Responsible for short/ medium term forecasting, improving forecast accuracy, and bias
- Lead the replenishment of products within the category in all Fulfillment Points through replenishment order calculations
- Provide regular visibility to key stakeholders on any risks in availability or opportunities for growth with cross-functional teams
- Continuously improve and optimize the end-to-end supply cycle, analyze data/ processes to determine the root cause of issues within process and drive action plans and projects.
What you'll need
- 1-3 years of experience in demand & supply planning in FMCG or retail business
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Intermediate – Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge on supply chain planning
- Team player
- Self-motivation and high level of accountability to function in dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
