Senior People Generalist

Role Objectives:
As a Senior People Generalist, you will drive key people & culture functions in the manufacturing facilities, focusing on the day-to-day operations including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management activities, employee relations. Ensuring compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting organizational growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment in the factory

  • Advise managers on managing employee behavior and performance, ensuring fair treatment and compliance with employment laws

  • Manage Onboarding & Off-boarding cycle

  • Manage the Day-to-Day operations in the Factory

  • Oversee and manage the hiring process, ensuring the hiring of top talent for the manufacturing facilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring for operational requirements

  • Conduct interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees

  • Implement and manage performance management systems, including KPI`s reviews, and employee development plans

  • Monitor and report on performance trends, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements

  • Identify training and development needs in alignment with business goals and employee career development

  • Administer and ensure competitive compensation structures are in place to attract and retain talent

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies

  • Track and report key people & culture metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and training effectiveness

  • Provide data-driven insights for decision-making, workforce planning, and operational improvements

  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

  • Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field

  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a Manufacturing industry background

  • High communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
