Advertising Operations Senior Specialist

Role Objectives:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Senior Specialist to join our Advertising Oops Team. In this role, you will focus on executing advertising campaigns across multiple verticals, and creating new in-app advertising assets in collaboration with product and tech teams. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving advertising errors, discrepancies, and operational issues within our e-commerce app,  You will play a key role in ensuring advertising campaigns run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently, ultimately driving revenue and enhancing the user experience.



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Launch & Execute in-app advertising campaigns across various verticals, ensuring campaigns are properly configured, targeted, and optimized.

  • Investigate and resolve “oops” incidents such as misconfigured ads, budget overspends, or incorrect targeting.

  • Monitor advertising campaigns across the app to identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies.

  • Create new advertising assets for in-app campaigns in collaboration with product and tech teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and data analytics to implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain and update documentation of common errors, resolutions, and best practices.

  • Analyze trends in ad errors and provide recommendations to prevent future issues.

  • Compile and connect end-of-campaign reports, analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights in collaboration with advertising specialists.

  • Support the development of automated solutions and dashboards to streamline error detection and reporting.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide clear updates on incident resolution and impact.



Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in advertising operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in ad platforms (Ads, in-app ad management systems) and analytics tools.

  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising or mobile app monetization strategies.

  • Experience with  data visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
