● Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day facility needs from internal teams.
● Monitor general office and facility conditions and report any maintenance, repair, or safety issues to the
relevant parties.
● Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with standards (e.g., HVAC,
cleaning, lighting, landscaping).
● Assist in ordering and tracking office and facility supplies as needed.
● Support front desk and office coordination tasks when required.
● Keep records of facility-related activities, such as maintenance requests, service logs, and inspection
checklists.
● Assist in preparing reports and updates related to facility conditions or issues.
● Help maintain compliance with health and safety standards across the site.
