Restaurant Manager

Role Objectives:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs,
exceptional customer service, and brand standards. Drive financial performance, manage costs, and improve key metrics. Train and develop the team, maintain product quality, and support marketing initiatives while fostering a welcoming and efficient store environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:


● Manage the day-to-day operations and ensure adherence and commitment to SOPs
● Ensure exceptional operational excellence in customer service level
● Train and develop store team in coffee knowledge, customer handling and inventory controls
● Develop an understanding of store financial objectives from top-line drivers to cost structure dynamics
● Uphold the BU standard NPS scores and 3rd party platform reviews immediately actioning on feedback to improve
● Lead the store financial performance, finding ways to grow store AOV, meeting sales goals through creative initiatives and gain team buy in to share the same vision
● Maintain operational excellence in the way of store environment, cleanliness and brand expectations, achieving BU standard scores
● Be a brand ambassador - have a thorough understanding of what makes our products unique and differentiated with the ability to communicate it to customers and teammates
● Support the marketing team for any in-store activations, promotions or events
● Responsible for maintenance tickets and in-store promotional material updates
● Maintain coffee quality standards across your store and ensure recipes are executed accurately and
consistently by your team
● Own all stock control, waste management, inventory counts and general compliance with district manager supervision
● Own the underlying P&L of your store. Constantly diagnose areas of improvement and come up with
creative solutions to drive better performance while ensuring you are operating within labor budgets.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
● 3-5 years of proven experience in a retail or F&B management role, preferably in the coffee industry.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team.
● Excellent understanding of store operations, inventory control, and cost management.
● Knowledge of coffee preparation, quality standards, and customer service best practices.
● Strong analytical skills to interpret financial performance and identify improvement areas.
● Familiarity with P&L management and achieving sales and profitability targets.
● Ability to maintain operational excellence, including cleanliness, compliance, and brand standards.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
● Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments.
● Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
