Role Objectives:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes posting and sourcing for positions, conducting HR interviews, and providing structured feedback to hiring managers. The role facilitates technical assessments, manages the offering process, and partners with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding. Additionally, the specialist helps develop job descriptions and ensures timely closure of open positions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Owns the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, active sourcing, screening, and coordination.
  • Conducts structured HR interviews to assess candidate fit across experience, competencies, and cultural alignment.
  • Delivers clear, constructive, and timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinates technical interviews and facilitates the distribution and collection of assessments when applicable.
  • Leads the offering stage, including salary discussions, approvals, and offer letters.
  • Collaborates with HR and departmental stakeholders to design and implement engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Ensures positions are closed in a timely manner, maintaining candidate pipeline documentation and system updates.
  • Supports hiring managers in drafting or refining job descriptions, ensuring alignment with role expectations and market standards.

Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment-focused role.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize multiple roles at once.
  • Confident negotiation skills, especially in handling offers.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in candidate evaluation, documentation, and communication.
