Position Summary:
The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead and optimize the end-to end talent acquisition strategy across the organization, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality hiring to meet the annual recruitment needs (500–1000 hires per year). This role is critical in supporting aggressive business growth, especially in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, commercial and supply chain operations within a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Design and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and
- workforce planning.
- Build and manage recruitment forecasts in partnership with business leaders and workforce
- planning.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across hiring processes.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in executive search and headhunting strategies to attract top tier talent.
Operational Excellence:
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for mass, niche, and executive roles.
- Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to understand talent needs across SCM and FMCG domains.
- Monitor and manage KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Technology and Process Optimization:
- Leverage technology (e.g., ATS, CRM, AI tools) to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Develop and implement recruitment process improvements, standard operating procedures and compliance practices.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Strengthen employer brand through digital campaigns, job fairs, and partnerships.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Manage external recruitment agencies, job boards, and platforms, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- and performance.
- Drive recruitment budget planning and cost control.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive TA experience, with 3 - 5 years in a leadership role for 6+ team members.
- Proven success in high volume and functional hiring (especially in manufacturing, logistics, and operations).
- Deep understanding of the SCM and FMCG talent landscape.
- Experience with data-driven recruitment, analytics, and digital sourcing strategies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Resourceful in executive search and headhunting strategies.
