Role Objectives:


The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in managing the hiring process, from posting positions, conducting HR interviews, and facilitating technical rounds when necessary. They provide feedback to hiring managers, handle the offering phase, and initiate the onboarding process. Additionally, they close positions, provide reports to managers, offer guidance to the coordinators & specialists in the TA team, and support in creating job descriptions. This role also includes managing day-to-day employee inquiries for assigned functions, overseeing probation reviews, and conducting exit interviews to ensure a comprehensive talent acquisition and employee experience process.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Posting and sourcing for positions.
  • Conducting HR interviews and assessing candidates.
  • Providing detailed feedback about candidates to hiring managers and vice versa.
  • Facilitating technical rounds and sharing technical assessments as needed.
  • Handling the offering phase.
  • Initiating the onboarding process and supporting other related teams.
  • Closing positions efficiently.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to direct managers.
  • Offering full guidance to the TA team.
  • Supporting hiring managers in creating job descriptions, if needed.
  • Handling day-to-day inquiries for assigned functions' employees.
  • Conducting probation reviews and providing relevant feedback.
  • Performing exit interviews and ensuring a smooth transition process for departing employees.


Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:


  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent command of English
