Breadfast Food is looking for a Senior Onboarding Specialist to lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for our restaurant partners. You’ll handle high-impact, strategic partners and ensure a seamless journey from contract signature to going live. Your role combines hands-on onboarding execution with continuous process improvement, driving partner satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage complex or high-value partner onboardings with precision and care, ensuring readiness for launch.
Act as the main liaison between Partner Managers, Operations, Support, and Tech to deliver a smooth and timely go-live experience.
Review and validate partner data (menus, pricing, hours, logistics) with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Conduct training sessions and menu/device setups, ensuring partners fully understand Breadfast systems and service standards.
Identify and proactively resolve onboarding blockers—technical, operational, or procedural.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior onboarding specialists and support their performance.
Analyze onboarding data to identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and partner experience.
Deliver premium onboarding for top-tier restaurant brands, maintaining Breadfast’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in onboarding, partner success, operations, or implementation roles, preferably within food tech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process-oriented thinking.
Excellent communication in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Experience mentoring or training junior team members is a plus.
Deep understanding of restaurant operations or digital ordering systems is highly desirable.
Ownership mentality and strong attention to detail; you treat every onboarding as a high-stakes launch.
