Role Objectives:

 

As the Creative Director at Breadfast, you will be at the forefront of shaping and defining our brand's visual identity. You will lead a talented team of creative professionals. Your role will involve bringing Breadfast's stories to life through innovative and captivating visuals that resonate with Breadfast audience.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Art Directors, Designers, and Senior Visual Creators to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative content.

  • Manage and oversee the Visual Content Creators and studio operations, including all production work for internally produced content, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with the brand's standards and objectives.

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with Breadfast's brand vision and business goals.

  • Oversee all aspects of visual storytelling, including design, videography, and multimedia content.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and business development teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.

  • Ensure consistency and alignment of the brand's visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep Breadfast at the cutting edge of creative innovation.

  • Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity are met.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director/Art Director or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment, advertising agencies and/or design studios.

  • A conceptual thinker with a strong visual portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work across different mediums and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns across various platforms.

  • A deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand building.

  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication principles.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve creative excellence.

  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts.
