Role Objectives:
As a On-ground Marketing Senior Specialist, you will lead and coordinate on-ground marketing activations at high-impact locations to boost brand awareness and engage customers directly. You will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and measurable outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities at malls, retail outlets, and other physical touchpoints.
Manage operational logistics, coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Lead the selection and management of activation agencies, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance oversight.
Gather customer insights during activations and provide feedback to support marketing and product strategy.
Assist in collecting and reporting on consumer behavior trends observed on-site.
Ensure full compliance with brand guidelines across all activations.
Propose innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and interactions through field activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, growth, procurement, etc) to support broader campaign goals.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
3-5 years of experience in field marketing, brand activations, or event management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight timelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven ability to problem-solve on-site and adapt to dynamic event environments.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
